Our Senior Majorettes won second in state competition in Atlanta. Over 500 twirlers competed.
Others that week: Baseball, Gene Brooks at Sweat's, Sportsmen Fish Fry, state science fair, Strawder's Dishes sign, women's softball, Jerry Walker scholarship, cancer proclamation.
