The fire got out of hand at the pit at Sweat's Barbecue, burning down the building and ruining $1,200 worth of meat. Left to right: Malcolm Braddy, James Merritt, and Lee Sweat. It happened while Councilmen Glenn Wilcher and Crow Moxley were being inducted into the Order of the Pine Stump.
