ATLANTA -- Georgia school districts are revamping policies to combat bullying based on new state guidelines, hoping to stem behavior that educators across the country say has become rampant in schools.

I heard this 5 minute program this afternoon while on the way back from the VAMC in Augusta. Sounds like a good idea, putting money into broadband. Doesn't look like rural phone companies give customers a whole lot of favors from the federal subsidies we taxpayers have provided. Not calling any company names, of course.
